We can deliver all our products, including our frozen pet food, to residential and central business addresses throughout the country. Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not ship our products to rural addresses.

We currently do not offer a click and collect for your orders but we do offer overnight delivery to urban addresses (based on what you have ordered and when you order was placed).

We pack and courier our frozen pet food with extra thick, double-insulated cardboard cases to keep your products as best chilled as possible. If your order arrives unfrozen but still chilled - don't stress! It is still safe to refrozen as soon as it arrives.
